Shipping
All custom items have a lead time for delivery to be advised following an order. These are estimates only and Total Promo will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any third party for failure to deliver or for delay in delivery of Goods. The Customer will not be relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for Goods by reason of any delay in delivery.
Flat delivery rate of $20 applies. Some exception may apply - Eg regional delivery or large amounts of Goods ordered.
Any date for supply or delivery of Goods by Total Promo specified in a Contract, invoice or written or oral representations is an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment.
A signed Proof of Delivery will be conclusive evidence of the Customer’s acceptance of the Goods delivered.
Total Promo reserves the right to deliver Goods by installments and may require payment per delivery
The Customer indemnifies Total Promo against any loss or damage suffered by Total Promo, its sub-contractors or employees as a result of delivery, except where excluded by law.
Returns Policy
Unless prohibited by law, Total Promo will not accept return of any Goods that:
(a) have been specially ordered
(b) have had any decoration appied
(c) are not in their original condition and packaging; or
(d) have not been used, stored, handled or installed in accordance with Total Promo's instructions.
